All of my friends' jokes are pretty corny in the first place--but they're still funny. And honestly, who cares if it's corny if it makes people genuinely laugh?
I only smile if I don't think it's funny, since it annoys me when people overreact.
The only thing I hate is when someone who obviously does not think the joke is funny laughs, and laughs too much. It's forced. But a little laugh so that the other person doesn't feel awkward doesn't annoy me.
