I still can't get over the "Eee! So many timbres, and new sounds!" phase. It's so amazing, and I think it would be so neat to play a concerto or be part of a quintet or something. I remember this! Sometimes he's happy, sometimes solemn--I'm still astonished that people can compose polyphonic music. To me, it seems so difficult--needing to give each voice its own line, and still make it work together.
