Think about that for a second.
I mean, it's not the Regency period! And not London or surrounding area! I am so very sick of all the neverending set-in-the-early-nineteenth-century novels, with the protagonists eventually becoming affiliated with the nobility, and all the balls and gowns and dances and so on and so on...
