If I'd written this entry yesterday it would have gone something like: The world is melting, and spring is coming! I can see the grass and patches are green! Yay spring!

Today has been solid flurries. Visibility is awful and the buses are stuck everywhere. I think Old Man Winter decided that April Fools wasn't good enough, and decided on April the second. You cannot know winter until you've stayed outside so long that your toes are like little ice blocks and you think despairingly that they'll fall off...

It's wonderful packing snow. It's marvelous for snowfights.

But ack! I've forgotten to write my daily 750 words! My penguin!

I saw snowdrops and thought it was snowing. I am sorry! I endeavour to be less featherbrained in the future.

Aww, they're pretty! But the most flowers around here are the prairie crocus and the wildrose. I daresay the crocus are buried in the snowdrifts XD

I shall wander around with my camera LIKE A TOURIST!! That should get things done. We have a rose bush downstairs too. Its in our backyard, bein' all English like.

I am doing something similar: podficcing! Which reminds me, I really need to do the actual recording. People say I have a very soothing voice and they can easily imagine me on BBC radio.

Not within the next two weeks, but certainly within a month or so D: Time flies!

Fandom podfic! Original fic is messy w/ permissions and things. Yay you are excited. All the more reason for me to hurry, then! I am trying to do my Posh Voice but my Edinburgh twang is getting in the way. Ah well *embraces inner Scot*

I'm going back to Japan eventually, doing some world-hopping-family-visiting first.
