Yeah, our robins are proper psychos, especially to other robins and dunnocks (who they would kill), but also redbreast ROUNDED birbs who evolved to follow large mammals around when we're foraging (or gardening) so kinda cute psychos... if you're not a dunnock.
Arthropods are ok and modular is a neat evolutionary trick for easy adaptation, but why pairs of specialist limbs at all? Why not five multipurpose tentacles? Or eight? I mean, the more tentacles the better, amirite?!
